Catherine French Tutor provides online French tuition via Zoom, including one to one lessons, small-group conversation classes, GCSE and A-level support and DELF preparation.
Booking and payment
Lessons are booked by contacting Catherine. Prices are as shown in the Price section of this website and are charged in pounds sterling (GBP).
Cancellation and rescheduling
To be confirmed by Catherine: notice period required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge.
Lesson conduct and Zoom use
Students should join on time with a working internet connection, camera and microphone. Lessons are not recorded without everyone’s agreement.
Group conversation classes
Conversation classes are held in groups of 3 students, one hour per week, in blocks of 4 weeks.
Exams
Tuition supports exam preparation, but no specific result or grade can be guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Lesson materials remain the property of Catherine French Tutor and are provided for the student’s personal use only. They may not be shared or resold.
Limitation of liability
Catherine French Tutor is not liable for losses caused by technical problems outside her control, such as internet or Zoom outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
